Overall it was a great end-to-end experience interacting directly with Ray/Raj. This review is less about the car and more about the excellent service I received throughout the process from pre-sale to post-sale. Ray was very service-focused (patient, solution-focused, and great sense of urgency), personable, and really prioritized the customer's needs (which wasn't easy). He puts himself in his customer's shoes, addresses any concerns, and makes it a 6-star experience. I would without any hesitation highly recommend Ray, and will keep him in mind, in my next purchase.
