Accounts (SG)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entries and assist in the day-to-day operation of the finance department
  • Perform matching exercises to ensure the invoices are correctly billed per quotation
  • Review the trade invoices and make sure all supporting documents are fully attached (bills, invoices, etc)
  • Support timely completion of month-end / year-end financial closing
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors and employees in a timely manner
  • Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation
  • Any ad hoc duties as required and assigned

 

Job Description

  • 5 days a week
  • Near Bright Hill MRT Station (TE7)
Basic Requirements
  • Basic accounting skills 
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Other Microsoft Platforms
