Accounts (SG)
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entries and assist in the day-to-day operation of the finance department
- Perform matching exercises to ensure the invoices are correctly billed per quotation
- Review the trade invoices and make sure all supporting documents are fully attached (bills, invoices, etc)
- Support timely completion of month-end / year-end financial closing
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and employees in a timely manner
- Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation
- Any ad hoc duties as required and assigned
Job Description

- Near Bright Hill MRT Station (TE7)
Basic Requirements
- Basic accounting skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Other Microsoft Platforms
