Job Description
- 5 days a week
- Near Bright Hill MRT Station (TE7)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare minutes, reports, presentations, and briefs as required
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Basic Requirements:
- At least a Diploma from any discipline
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent Discretion and confidentiality
- Meticulous, attention to detail
