Job Description

  • 5 days a week
  • Near Bright Hill MRT Station (TE7) 
  • Provide administrative and clerical support
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare minutes, reports, presentations, and briefs as required
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Basic Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma from any discipline
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent Discretion and confidentiality
  • Meticulous, attention to detail
